It's back to school time! Β Instead of jumping head-first into your fall 'to do' list, start by taking some well-deserved time off for yourself. Β It doesn't have to take much more than 15 minutes a day to teach your body to relax. Β Schedule in some exercise time to get your heart rate up and calm the nerves. To get your mind off the craziness of the day, take a few minutes to laugh at adorable puppy photos online (but resist the urge to wander over to social media pages!) and finish off the day with a soothing soak in a warm tub.
